My Journey of Weight loss

When I moved to New York I gained about 20lbs. It is so embarrassing, yet I really haven’t done anything about it. So, here it goes my journey to a healthier lifestyle, again! I have read that when you blog your progress you stay motivated! I started in Janurary and was going to do the P90X routine, but stopped due to being sick, baby being sick, school and a few other things going on. Excuses I know, but I am starting over again. So I will provide a daily log with the excerise or activity, as well as, providing my daily menu and the recipes.

Embarrassing as it may be, here is my profile: My goal is to be in a size 10 again. I was happiest at this size! I will continue to add the phases to this chart as well as at each phase below.

PHASE 1

So I have been sick and hope by Monday I can get back on the workout train. Today I ate what I could instead of watching what I should! My hubby will be gone for a short while soon and when he leaves I will start the actual phase 1 where bread and fruit are completly gone! Phase 1 is only 14 days. Breakfast: Small bowl of fruity pebbles Lunch: Cottage chz, tomatoes, handful of corn chips and pistachios Dinner: baked chicken breast, roast eggplant and peppers, tossed salad with balsamic vinaigrette and garlic bread. I have had a few cups of water and one cup juice. So far for activity is bath my son and cleaning.
